How do I pay?
We want to make life easy so therefore we use direct debits to collect payments this can be done on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We understand it is not always sunshine and rainbows. However, we do charge a late payment fee per missed transaction. This is due to the admin incurred due to missed payment. See below:
Weekly Payment Plan:

Fortnightly Payment Plan:
£3 charge per missed payment
Monthly Payment Plan:
£4 charge per missed payment
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, there is but we know everyone’s circumstances are different. So therefore, have a low minimum term agreement of 6 months.
If you wish to leave the agreement before 6 month you can. But you will still need to pay for the 6 month term.
How long do I wait for an appliance?
Some appliances are an essential need. We aim to have the appliance in your property with in 48 hours.
How do I give the appliance back?
It couldn’t be any easier, give us a call and within 48 hours one of our engineers will come and remove the appliance, after an inspection we will cancel the direct debit for you.
Do you conduct credit searches?
No, we do not conduct credit searches so there is no need to worry. We instead talk about for your financial circumstances and arrange a way for you to pay. Getting a direct debit and keeping up with payments could help your score.
Are there any fees involved?
